Brian Schneider, a native of Richmond, Virginia, has practiced law for over 20 years.  He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and earned his law degree from the University of Richmond.  Upon graduating in the top 10% of his class and being selected to the McNeil Law Society, he served as law clerk to Judge James P.
